All Cheesecake Cup orders are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Ingredients
Our Cheesecake Cups are freshly baked to order and include dairy products. All our products are made from scratch using only the finest and natural ingredients.
Quantities
The Cheesecake Cups are baked in batches of 12 or multiples thereof. Orders can be accepted for mixed flavors in a standard box, with the minimum number of any flavor being 3.
Orders
Orders are accepted via email and Facebook Messenger based on our scheduled delivery.
Payment
Cheesecake Cup orders must be paid in full when placing your order. Bank transfer or GCash payments are accepted. The cut-off time for payments is 10 business days before delivery date, all transactions made after the cut-off time are subject for verification.
Amendments
Any amendment to your order must be confirmed via Facebook Messenger as soon as possible, and may be subject to an additional charge if extra work is required. We will do our best to accommodate last minute changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, we require 72 hours’ notice before the delivery date.
Pick up/delivery.
All Cheesecake Cups can be picked up from Nikita’s Pastries at a pre-arranged date and time. Local delivery within Metro Manila is also available for an additional charge depending on your location. For customers inside buildings, hospitals, condominiums and hotels please meet our delivery personnel at the lobby. Once our cheesecake cups have been picked up or delivered we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur.
